    Without hesitation, I can say that if not for Omar, we would not have lived in our new house today!Being for a few months on the market and trying unsuccessfully to work with few real estate agents already, I was extremely frustrated and overwhelmed with the process. I was ready to pull the plug and just forget about buying, then, I was introduced to Omar, and things changed instantly. I can't say enough about Omar's integrity, professionalism, and knowledge within the industry. He is extremely patient and responsive. I had tons of questions and concerns that he would often respond immediately, even if I sent a text late in the night. Throughout the entire process, he was showing great attention to details, always advocating for my best interest, and making sure I understood all aspects of the deal. With all my demands, specific housing needs, time, and budget restrictions, perhaps I wasn't the easiest customer of his, but for sure, Omar was the best real estate agent I ever worked with.

    Omar was able to turn a hopeless experience into a success. I found myself with realtors that just didn't get me. not only did they not get me they didn't believe that what I wanted was even achievable. Omar treated me like no matter what I requested we would find something. He dealt with my overbearing personality, my neurotic habits, and my complete disregard for reality like a pro. With my budget and my wants he could have done what all the rest did and try to show me condos. but i said i wanted a single family home and he was determined to make that dream a reality. I was the Bridezilla of home buying (a housezilla?) but it didn't matter. He took the time to get to know what I wanted, what I wanted my life to be in the house, and who I am now. I want just another check that was gonna clear at closing I was a person with a dream, and he was going to do everything he possibly could to make that dream come true.     Omar was a true partner in our selling process - from the initial market study through the close of escrow. He helped us establish our asking price after thorough discussion of the current market; arranged for an excellent photographer; we set the listing date, and had an open house the next day. Our house sold that weekend, at above our asking price. Since we were downsizing to our condo, we needed a 60-day escrow, and as we had lived in -and loved- our home of 20 years, the entire process was very emotional for us. We would not have gotten through so easily without Omar. His knowledge, professionalism, understanding and tireless effort on our behalf, from start to finish, was exemplary.
